Saddlerock Evangelical Presbyterian Church (Saddlerock) is located in Wenatchee, Washington. We are an established church with deep roots in the community and has had a presence in the Greater Wenatchee Valley for over a century. The Greater Wenatchee Valley is a growing and diverse community of more than seven towns geographically connected in North Central Washington. Saddlerock is a Reformed, Protestant community committed to the Biblical teachings of Jesus. We are a community of believers who are committed to intimately know and boldly follow Jesus. Position Description:
Saddlerock is currently looking for a permanent Lead Pastor. This position will work alongside the Session in leading the congregation. The Lead Pastor will be expected to develop relationships within the congregation; organize and lead corporate worship; oversee staff, provide pastoral care and counseling; develop church leaders and disciples; and support the character and ministry priorities of Saddlerock. Prospective candidates to this position should have at minimum, a Master of Divinity at minimum and be ordained (or able to become ordained) in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) denomination. They should review the EPC Essential tenants, Saddlerock’s Church Information Form, Guiding Principles, and website.
